We lock the doors exactly when class begins - So, to avoid disappointment - Don't be late. All students must be absolutely ON TIME, or you will be locked out!
First time students MUST arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before class begins for registration and to talk with your teacher. If you are a first time student and you arrive at class time or afterwards, please know that you will not be allowed to attend class. This is for safety reasons.
The studio will be open 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after each class.
Be prepared to sweat! Please bring a mat, large towel and washcloth with you to class. If you don't have these items, they are available for rent and for purchase at the studio.
Beginners and students of all ages and abilities are welcome in every class.
